Scan & Plan

You are going to introduce a new digital onboarding product or service and want to start off in the right direction or speed up with everyone on board and move forward in a structured but pragmatic way. Then you are looking for someone who can guide this and bring your projects to life. Together with you, we start by clarifying your challenge and determine the scope. We transform this into a plan and a week-by-week roadmap in which the different roles, deliverables and of course the intended result are also included.

02

Get to work

Walnut works right beside you, together with your experts. We ensure that the project gets off to a good start in a visual and connecting way of working. Management updates are of course also on the agenda every week. We like to work with the agile methodology in projects and include your team in this. For example, daily stand-ups at the start of each day and demo's for the stakeholders. And along the way, we deliver immediate value through MVPs wherever possible. In all of this, we combine structure with substantive digital expertise. You get the skills of a product owner & project manager combined.

03

Deliver, optimize & hand-over to you

Walnut works pragmatic, visual, no nonsense and agile. We continue where others might have already given up, we enjoy the ride with you and it energizes us to push forward. And we never stop until your new digital onboarding is out there and your customers can use it! Once we reach this point and the project has been implemented, we ensure that the final fine-tuning is done properly and that an optimization plan is in place. This can then be taken over by your teams after the project structure is lifted. That is the moment for us to say goodbye after a successful collaboration.
